ACSN STATEMENT OF FAITH
ACSN Member Schools are of varied denominations, background and doctrinal emphasis. The following therefore are the common ground upon which all members stand in agreement as Christian schools in ACSN, we believe and declare that:
- The Holy Scriptures of the old and new testament are the Word of God. Divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy and serves as the Supreme authority in all matters of faith and Conduct. (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)
- There is One True God, eternally self – existent in three Persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6: 4-5, Matthew 28:19)
- He lived a sinless human life, performed divine miracles, voluntarily died on the cross of Calvary as a substitute to atone for the sins of men, thus satisfying divine justice and providing salvation for all who trust in Him alone. (Acts 4:12) He rose from the dead in the same body, glorified and ascended into Heaven where he sits at the right hand of God the father, where he mediates between God and man and will come back again to judge the world when believers will resurrect to Eternal Life and unbelievers to Eternal condemnation (John 3: 18, 36; Acts 10:42; Rev 20:11-15; 2 Cor 5: 9- 10)
- Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is God, Saviour and Lord, the Living word; who became flesh through his miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and his Virgin Birth (John 1: 1-4)
- The Holy Spirit is God, the third person in the God head. He indwells believers upon conversion and enables the believers to live a Holy life, to witness in his Power and to work for the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 5: 3-4, Matthew 28:19, Acts 1:8)
- Man was originally created in the image of God and sinless, by choice he sinned, by disobeying God was alienated from his Creator, thus bringing all of mankind under divine condemnation. Man, by nature is corrupt and totally incapable of pleasing God.
- The Salvation of Man is wholly the work of God’s grace and is not of human works, goodness or religious ceremony. (Ephesians 2: 8-10)
- All true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are one Body, the Church of which He, (Jesus Christ) is the head. (1 Cor 12:13, Eph 2: 14-22)
- Satan is a fallen angel whose intent is to supplant God and to frustrate His Plans and Purposes, whose ultimate end is Confinement to Eternal Punishment (Luke 10: 17-18; Rev 20:10)
- The Great Commission as given in Matthew 28: 19,20 and Mark 16:15,16 is for all believers in order to advance God’s Kingdom.

Our Goals!
The persistent outcry for quality education and the need to inculcate dependable character and integrity in the country makes ACSN very relevant as a Christian formidable alternative to the present fallen standard of education. In the same vein, ACSN proprietors are into the provision of transformational educational system by establishing early childhood, primary and secondary education. Today, many more are establishing Christian Universities in the country. We see God mobilizing resources beyond our imagination for Christian Education to succeed in the country.
